Altar Society

The Altar Society was founded in October of 1957 at the request Christ the King's first pastor, Father Larkin. Nine ladies joined together to assume the duties involved in maintaining the altar and sacristy in our first church. The ladies work in teams to launder the altar linens, and vestments, clean the vessels, altar pieces, and church as needed.
